  • No complacency – things can always be improved, so we aren’t going to sit back and let things tick along. We’ll constantly look for ways to automate your processes and improve your workflows. If you aren’t interested in becoming more efficient, we probably aren’t for you.
  • No short-term flings – a plumber specialising in high-end bathroom installations is unlikely to travel 30 miles to fix a dripping tap. It’s the same for the work we do. It makes no sense for us to take on a standalone tax return when our specialism is providing a fully outsourced finance department. We’re looking for long-term relationships, not casual flings.
  • No jargon – you might have noticed, we’re not your stereotypical stuffy accountants – we want you to enjoy understanding your finances. That’s why we avoid using all that horrible accounting terminology whenever we can. And if we do ever slip into jargon mode, let us know, and we’ll give ourselves a swift kick.
